Wood flour screening solution

Solution introduction

The powder obtained by crushing and grinding wood has a wide range of uses. It can be used as raw material for mosquito coils, leather, clothing, papermaking, electrical appliances, daily necessities, coatings, cat litter, chemicals, insulation materials, outdoor decoration materials, building materials and other products. It is widely used in chemical industry, building materials, medicine, breeding, food, manufacturing, power generation, and other industries; it can also be made into machine-made charcoal for heating.

Screening purpose

Purpose of screening: The thickness of the crushed material powder is very different. In order to meet the needs of production and preparation, the coarse and fine mixed powders are separated into coarse powder and fine powder through screening.

Output: 500kg--1 ton

Screening mesh: 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 mesh

Demand analysis

1.  Continuous vibration is required during sieving: when wood flour is in a static state, due to the influence of surface free energy and other factors, it is easy to form wood flour blocks and cannot easily pass through the sieve holes. When vibrating continuously, the balance of various forces is destroyed, and only powder smaller than the sieve hole can pass. However, the vibration speed should be moderate. Too fast or too slow will reduce the screening efficiency.

2.  The bamboo and wood flour sieve should be suitable: according to the required wood flour fineness, correctly select the wood flour sieve with the appropriate screen size.

3.  The powder should be dry: if the moisture content of the powder is too high, the viscosity of the wood powder will increase, which will easily block the sieve holes and affect the sieving efficiency.

4.  The thickness of the powder layer should be moderate: not too much should be added to the wood flour sieve. There should be enough room for the wood flour to move on the sieve in a wide range, which is conducive to sifting, but it should not be too little. Too thin, otherwise it will also affect the screening efficiency.

Recommended solutions

Due to its characteristics, wood flour vibrating screening machines often use rectangular linear vibrating screens in the industry. Because the rectangular linear vibrating screen has a large output and is easy to change the screen, the additional profit after screening and grading the wood powder is greater. Compared with the three-dimensional vibrating screen machine, the output is much higher. Compared with the drum screening machine, the purchase cost is low, easy to use, and it is not easy to block the network. Linear vibrating screen is a suitable equipment for wood flour industry.

When two vibrating motors installed longitudinally on the screen body run relative to each other, the horizontal excitation forces generated by them cancel each other out due to the relative operation of the motors, and the longitudinal excitation force is transmitted to the entire screen box through the vibration transmission body. The screen surface is vibrated, so that the materials on the screen surface are subject to the excitation force and jump on the screen surface in the direction of the discharged product. The materials smaller than the screen hole fall to the lower layer through the screen hole, and then jump from The discharge port flows out. Due to the reasonable screening process, after the materials are classified by the vibrating screen, several materials with different particle sizes can be obtained to complete the material classification operation.
