The equipment adopts a vertical vibrating motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at both the upper and lower ends of the motor, which convert rotary motion into three-dimensional compound motion—horizontal, vertical and inclined—and efficiently transmit it to the screen surface. By flexibly adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights, the movement trajectory of antioxidant materials on the screen surface can be precisely controlled, enabling efficient separation for both particle classification and impurity filtration, ensuring a stable and controllable screening process.
