Woodchips linear vibrating screen is the most appropriate sieving machine for wood chips. Woodchips refers to remains of sawdust and wood shavings powder during wood processing. It is mainly used for fuel, light bone filling material, or being compounded into man-made board, such as fiber board. Wood chips can be also used as papermaking raw material.
The application of linear vibrating screen: It is commonly used in environmental protection, light industry and chemical industry. And its sizes and screening parameters can be customized according to different usage and field conditions. In the process of woodchips screening, the effect of linear vibrating screen is also very obvious.

They are mainly made from SUS304 stainless steel or Q235A carbon steel. The prices are different according to the material, diameter of the machine and its number of layers.

  Working principle:
The linear vibrating screen works under the driving force produced by double motors. When two same motors make synchronous and reversed rotation, the vibration force produced by the eccentric block creates a resultant force in perpendicular to the direction of the motor shaft and offsets each other in parallel to the direction of the motor axis. That is to say, the trajectory of screen machine is a straight line. Two motor shafts relative to the screen surface is a tilt angle. Under the action of resultant produced by the driving force and the material gravity, the screen surface throws the material as leaping and linear movement, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading.Suitable for screening various dry powdery materials or granules, whose water content is less than 7%. The feeding particle size is 0.074mm-5mm, and the maximum feeding particle size is not greater than 10 mm.
